ラーメンとチャーハンセット

内容はラーメン、チャーハン
本日の一品、サラダ、漬物
デザート。
【ラーメン】
醤油味のスープはあっさりした
優しい味わいでした。
ツルっとした口当たりの、やや
縮れた中細麺は、少し柔らかめ。
具はチャーシュー1枚、もやし
メンマ、ねぎ。
シンプルであっさりした醤油
ラーメンでした。
スープが少しぬるかったのが
残念でした。
チャーシューは普通。
細いもやしはシャキシャキ食感
で美味しかったです。
【チャーハン】
どちらかと言うと、しっとり系
の優しい味付けで普通。
セット用のハーフサイズくらい
の量でした。
【その他】
本日の一品は、全く辛くない
麻婆豆腐でした。サラダが
付いているのは嬉しいですね。
食後のデザートの杏仁豆腐は
メチャ旨でした。
ラーメン、チャーハン、麻婆豆腐
どれも優しく、上品な味付け
だったように感じます。
こちらでは担々麺等の四川系？
の料理を頂くのが良いようです。
初訪問です。

I had the Dandan noodle set (1,155 yen). The set consisted of Dandan noodles, rice, pickles, Small dish salad bowl, and dessert. [Dandan noodles] The noodles were dyed red with chili oil, but had a mild spiciness. The soup was made from a moderate amount of sesame paste, and was light, but had a rich, mellow flavor that was quite delicious. The noodles were almost straight and medium-thick, but a little soft. The toppings were minced meat, spinach, and spring onions. The spiciness was mild and easy to eat, and the sesame flavor was just right. It was a delicious Dandan noodle. The spiciness was just enough to make me sweat from my forehead. Last time, the soup was lukewarm, but this time it was fine and I was glad that I could enjoy it. For the final dish, I poured the Dandan noodle soup over rice to make it like rice porridge, which was delicious. [Other] Small dish that day was a dish similar to cold pork shabu-shabu, and it was delicious. It also came with salad and pickles (takana), and the almond tofu dessert after the meal was as delicious as ever. It used to be located on the north side of Suzuka City Hall (where "Karaage Honpo Kanbeya" is currently located), but moved here in 2011? The veteran chef apparently worked at a famous hotel in Tokyo. Unlike local Chinese restaurants, this restaurant serves high-quality Chinese Cuisine at reasonable prices in a stylish cafe-like interior.
