デカイ塊の肉を見ると、少し興奮しますよね？
本能に訴えかけてくる何かがあるのでしょう。
鈴鹿に最近オープンした
若鶏半身揚げやザンギが名物の居酒屋「なるとキッチン」で昼ご飯を食べました。
注文したのは
「若鶏半身揚げ定食」と追加で「ザンギ」
ランチ価格は食べ物も飲み物も通常よりも
1割ちょっとお得な印象です。
若鶏半身揚げはパリッと塩味
当然、手羽先や手羽元、モモ、ササミ、むね、足
が固まっています。
さばき方が説明されていますが
オススメは、とにかくひきちぎって食べる！
デカイ塊にかぶりつく！
せっかく半身なのだから塊と格闘しましょう。
定食のご飯はサラダに変更可能、半身揚げはご飯と一緒よりもそのままが美味しいと思います。
逆にザンギはしっかり味付けされているので
ご飯のおかずにぴったり。
ショウガ風味ですが複雑で深い味わいです。
居酒屋ですがランチ利用しやすい雰囲気。
昼飲みもできるようですが利用時は皆さん食事利用。
テイクアウトの人が多く、店内はお昼時でも空いていました。
揚げ置きを注文が入ってから揚げ直しているので
待ち時間は少ないです。
