桑名市江戸町にある、140年以上の歴史を誇る老舗の日本料理店で、桑名産伝統の”地蛤”をリーズナブルにいただけるお店です。
140年以上製法を受け継いでいる出汁でいただくうどん、季節に合わせた旬の食材が使われた料理も人気です。

蛤うどん御膳(2,189円)を注文。
蛤うどん、ちらし寿司、天ぷら、茶碗蒸しのセットです。
うどんの出汁はスッキリした薄味で美味しいです。うどんはコシがしっかり。
蛤は３つ入ってました。うまうま。
コロモがさっくさくの天ぷらも、ちらし寿司も、茶碗蒸しも、最高でした。
美味しかったです。
