ランチで訪問。
ナガシマのアウトレットからの蛤料理。
桑名って何が有名？と調べると蛤。
いつも買い物して帰りますが、名物でも食べようと初桑名の蛤。
〈蛤づくし膳〉3,200円＋税
○前菜４種
○土瓶蒸し
○茶碗蒸し
○蛤フライ
○蛤のちらし寿司
○そば
○ぜんざい
豪華なランチを頼んじゃいました。
前菜はそば寿司や蛤の押し寿司などが籠にはいったもの。
土瓶蒸しの中身忘れましたが、やさしい出汁がふんわり。
蛤のお出汁は貝類の中では特段やさしいのかも。
最後まであったかーいはやぐりの優しさを感じました。
イチオシは蛤フライです。
これは無限に食べられそう。
一口で食べますが、もったいないと思い噛みしめました。
もちろん茶碗蒸しにも入っていました。
お出汁を感じる料理に蛤は最高ですね。
全体で蛤、１０以上です。
大満足の蛤ランチ、ありがとうございました。
歌行燈はうどんが有名なんですよね。
いつか食べてみたい。
