18:30の最終予約という事でこれ以上遅くできないと言われていたのに道路事情で遅刻してしまい、申し訳なくお伺いしましたが、すごく親切で丁寧な対応でした。
個室が用意されていて2名に対して1人の給仕係が全てを行ってくれます。
三重県の事やお店のある桑名市の観光の事などを話してくれ、桑名市のマップまでいただきました。
コースは蛤鍋のコース。焼き蛤を付けて1人12,000円のコースでした。
前菜は季節の物と蛤もあり、お造りが出てからお鍋に入ります。
桑名産の蛤へのこだわりは強く、素材そのものの味を邪魔しないようなお出汁で最初の3個をいただき、最初の3個のお出汁が出て味が膨らんでいったお出汁で次の3個。そしてそれをまた次の3個と計9個の蛤をお鍋ではいただきました。
素のままで食べてもよし、薬味としては一味、すだち、柚子胡椒がありました。
9個が連続で出てくるわけではなく、間にくずきり、蛤の天ぷら、焼き蛤を間に挟み、最後に湯豆腐が出てきました。
三重は日本酒が有名なので、日本酒しか飲んでいませんが、熱燗に蛤のお鍋の出汁や焼き蛤のお出汁を割って飲むのをオススメしていただき、そちらが最高でした。
〆は雑炊、うどん、中華麺の選択制だったため、雑炊を選択。
最初の1杯は蛤の出汁がけっこう残った状態での雑炊に桑名産の海苔。この海苔もすごく香りが良くて、とても美味しくいただきました。
デザートはアップルパイ乗せのアイスでした。こちらもこだわっていて、とても美味しくいただきました。
お店の外観から雰囲気、お店の方々の対応を全て含めても、とても良いお店でした。
三重県に行くなら是非と人にすすめたいお店ですし、また必ず伺いたいお店です。
