今日はああいにくの雨の中、シラウオ食べに桑名まで。
大正12年創業
蛤料理のお店として有名な日の出さんですが、当初は季節料理を出すお店だったそうです。
この時期は当然貝の季節ではないので、季節のシラウオを提供されています
少し早めに桑名入りして諸戸家の洋館を見学してから日の出へ
アプローチからいい雰囲気！
接客など感じよかったのですが、肝心の味は全体的に味が濃く、特に吸い物は一口目から濃さを感じてしまう塩梅。老舗にあぐらをかくことなく研鑽して欲しい！と感じました
