竜ヶ岳へ山登りに行ってきました。
その帰りに、久々にアクアイグニスでひとっぷろ浴び、
帰阪前の晩ご飯は、以前来た時店の前を素通りしたこちらのお店へ。
アクアイグニスに来る客が年々増えているようなので、
すぐ近くにあるこちらの店に来る客も増えているのではないでしょうか。
予約していくことをお勧めします。
さて、料理ですが「とろろ御膳」を注文。
内容は、
とろろめし、とろろ揚げ、自然薯豆腐、自然薯そばに、
お造り、香の物、小鉢三種が付いています。
それと、単品で「長焼きとろろ」も注文しました。
その長焼きとろろは、
蒲焼風に調理、味付けされた一品です。
すったものを再び固めているのですが、固めのふんわり感が
確かに、ウナギっぽいですね。
とろろめしと、自然薯そばは、自由に自然薯をかけることができます。
自然薯自体には味付けがされていない？ようなので、
食べるときは、醤油など味付けが必要です。
おかわりももらえるほどたっぷり自然薯が使えます。
一日だけ大量に食べても無意味に等しいので、
できれば、余ったものをテイクアウトして翌日も食べたくなるほどでした。
