頂きもので“蛤しるこ”を食べて、お～～～！
ホントお湯を注ぐだけなのですが美味しい～♪
ってことでさっそく仕入れに…
桑名市の九華公園の近くの和菓子屋さん。
大きな建物でしたが販売スペースはこじんまり。
お目当ての蛤しるこは、５個箱入1,026円。
本体価格は１個190円です。
インスタントなのですが、このしるこは最高です。
まず蛤の形をしていてユニーク！
貝殻は米粉で作ったせんべいというか最中のような感じ。
中には粉状のこしあん。
お湯を注ぐとすぐに溶けておしるこに…
サッパリした甘味のおしるこです。
他の饅頭等も買ってきました。
“志がらみ”と黒ゴマが香るこしあんの“都饅頭”。
これらは普通ですね。
