『でーかわ海苔ラーメン』
2006年創業、老舗海苔屋が営む背脂豚骨ラーメンの人気店。
テレ東の｢出川哲朗の充電させてもらえませんか？」にて出川哲朗さんがこちらのお店を訪れ、初の公認ラーメンと認めたことで話題のお店です。️
アジア系の女性店員2人組の流れるような作業で提供されたプカプカと背脂の浮いた一杯は、ほんのり甘みのあるライトな豚骨スープが堪能できる、優しくローカル感溢れる味わい。
時折ふんわりとニンニク?のような香味も香ります。
そこに合わせる中細のストレート麺はモチっとコシがあるのある程よい食感で、背脂たっぷりの豚骨スープとの馴染みも良好。
野菜炒めはボリューム感たっぷりかつ味付けしっかりの香ばしいもので、細切れのチャーシューが入っているのも地味に嬉しいポイント。✨
何といっても経営元である海苔屋のものを使用したこだわりの海苔は、しっかりとした強度で風味がすこぶる強く、こってりスープにも負けない抜群の存在感を発揮。✨
素人でもその違いがわかる、さすがの美味しさでした。
