ディナーで利用。
桑名市にある肉料理屋『京町 柿安本店』。
桑名にはデカい柿安と小さい柿安がある。
ここは小さい方の柿安でお互い別モノ。
お店の雰囲気は古い旅館のようで逆に新しい。
高級なお肉が食べられる感じはしない笑。
注文したのは、焼肉（一番ヒレ肉）とすき焼き（上）。
お肉は女将さんが全部調理してくれる。
焼肉は、ヒレ肉で一番という呼称。
七輪で炭焼きし、たっぷりの大根おろしと
ポン酢で食べる。そのほかの具材は
しいたけ、ピーマン、ネギ。
さすがヒレ肉。噛み切る必要なしの柔らかさ！
さっぱりしたおろしポン酢と合わさって
どんだけでも食べられる。
すき焼きは、薄いロース肉。
甘塩っぱい柿安特製割下で煮て、卵に絡めて食べる。
そのほかの具材は、ネギと、豆腐、糸こんにゃく。
お肉にはサシがしっかり入っているものの、
イヤなくどさはなく、ジューシー！
驚いたのは脂の塊。
よくある鍋に脂を引くための大きな牛脂だが
女将さんが食べてみろという。
え〜と思いながらパクりとすると甘うま！
加齢とともに脂がキツくなりがち。
でもここは牛脂を筆頭にお肉の脂がくどくない！
だから胸焼けしない！
アラフォー以上にオススメしたい肉料理屋さん。
ちなみに、いなべ市にあるカネキ精肉店では
ここで食べた精肉が買える。そこもおすすめ。
