予約してランチにでかけました。建物は古いですが風情があって落ちつきます。2階にも席がありますが1階を案内されました。すき焼きランチ3900円を注文。中居
さんがお肉と材料を運んできて調理してくれました。
具材はネギ、白滝、焼き豆腐、但馬牛です。ご飯とお漬物がつきます。なんとこのご飯もお米の粒がしっかりしていておいしい！
始めにお肉を焼くかと思いきや、お鍋に割下を沸騰させてそこへお肉を投入する形でした。
私は、焼いてから煮るのが好きな食べ方ですがこれはこれはでおいしかったです。但馬牛はフワフワで柔らかく、割下も甘過ぎずちょうど良かったです！
但馬牛ハマりました！小売もやっているのでまた今度買いに来てお家でもやってみようと思います。
デザートはバニラアイスで食後にさっぱり食べられました。
