イノシシや鹿は地場産の物を、野菜もできるだけ地場の物をつかいます。７～８人用の、いろりのあるコテージとテーブル席があります。 近くには、日帰り入浴のできる温泉や、出張の方が利用できるリーズナブルなホテルもあり、便利です。 |
土曜日の夜５時半に予約して行きました。
駐車場は店舗前にあります。
到着をつげると離れの個室に案内されました。
しし鍋セット：3,500円
今回出てきたしし肉は、やけにピンク色で
脂部分も少なめで何だか豚肉のようでした。
いわゆるボタン鍋といわれる見た目とは程遠く
こういうしし肉もあるのだろうかと少し疑問に思います。
スープは甘めの味噌仕立てで、
肉や野菜にも合ってて美味いです。
肉は固めでジューシーさもなく
味も豚肉と変わらないですが
噛みしめていると旨味はあります。
とり釜飯：900円
うどん：200円も頼みました。
とり釜飯は色合い薄目ですが、よく味が出ていました。
うどんは濃くなったみそのスープに程よく絡んでよいです。
ただ、今回のしし肉が好みの感じではなく
あたりが悪かったのか、ちょっと残念でした。
