お茶碗にすり切り一杯のご飯が盛られている。
妻のと比較すると恐らく大盛り。

味噌汁
もやしとえのきの合わせ味噌汁。
かつ（ロースかつ、ヘレかつ、エビフライ）
どれも油切れがよく、サックサク食感。
ソースはウスター、味噌、タルタルの三種。

ロースカツが六つに切り分けられている。
少し筋が気になるが程度な脂身で及第点。
