無性に食べたくなりこちらへ。
まぶし丼 肝煮
頂きます。
12時に到着、駐車場に車を止めて店内へ。8割ぐらいの入りで人気店です。メニューはうな丼かまぶし丼の2種類でうなぎの量で価格が違います。まぶし丼の上に肝煮を頼んでしばらく待ちます。
肝煮は直ぐに運ばれてお茶を飲みながらつまみながらゆっくり。肝煮の味はよく煮込まれていて佃煮のようで肝感はあまり感じません。
20分ほど待ったでしょうかまぶし丼が提供されます。
肝吸いと漬物が付いてきます。先ずは肝吸いで喉を潤すと塩味も丁度良い味わい。
まぶし丼はごはんの上に奈良漬の刻みがまぶされ細かくカットされたうなぎに刻み海苔がかかってます。別皿の葱も入れて一口、うなぎは肉薄ですが充分に堪能できます。奈良漬と言われてもあまり感じません。
後半は山椒を頼んで味変しながらの完食です。
