ラーメンと韓国料理のお店 |
お昼をやらなくなってから足が遠退いていたアジキンさん、ホル鍋かなんかで夜腰を据えて飲むなら此処ありですが、何となく機会がなかったというか。今日は無性にベトコン食べたく、、近場でと5時台に突入。麺は細麺縮れでイメージと合っているのですが、具は記憶とは違って控えめな作りで、大きめのニンニク片２個、1本なりのトウガラシ１本。ニンニク片ゴロゴロ、輪切りのトウガラシが散らされているのに慣れてるので、もう少しスープに溶け込むパンチが欲しいかなあ。ま、ベタコン(ベターコンディション)と割り切っていただきました。
