名古屋に長く勤務していたこともあり、赤味噌が五体に染み込んでおりまして、季節を問わず時々無性に味噌煮込みが食べたくなります。時々無性にあんかけスパ、時々無性に鰻、時々無性にとんかつ…うーん単に食い意地が張っているだけかっ。
で、絹庄さん大桑２５８号沿い深谷にある手打ちうどんやさんです。駐車場も広いのでさっとは入れて便利。何よりも本格的な味噌煮込定食がランチで850円。日替わりの丼とうどんセットもありますが、わたくしは何を言っても味噌煮込み定食。味噌は八丁、麺も専用のお堅いやつ。もちろん50円アップで卵入りを頼んで、卵は大事に最後まで取っておく派で…どうでもいいか、ぐつぐつ土鍋の麺をご飯にのっけて赤味噌をすすり、名古屋じゃなかなかこのお値段で楽しめませんぜとひとりごち満足の昼食タイムでありました。まあ名古屋市内でも普通のうどん屋さんなら結構お安く食べられるんですけど。
