つけ麺・いちりんへ。
桑名市大仲新田にある、自家製麺のつけ麺が大人気のお店です。
自分も大好きなお店で、自宅から２時間弱の距離を通っている、桑名では唯一のお店です。
メニュー。
いつもはカレーつけ麺が多いんですが、久しぶりにつけ麺・中盛り(麺300g、1,000円)の味玉トッピング(100円)を注文。
つけ汁がグツグツ音を立てて提供されます。
つけ汁は豚骨ベースに魚介と野菜が入ったスープで、ちょっとドロドロ感があります。
自家製麺はちょい太めのストレートで、もっちもちです。
この麺とつけ汁のなじみがホンマ最高です。
味玉の半熟具合もバッチリ。
今回も最高でした。
