Today I'm visiting a little hidden Italian Cuisine restaurant by myself~~ Poor Shark (*^^*) I ordered curry-flavored meat sauce pasta for 930 yen!! ! ! ! ! ! Cold water, a pitcher of cold water, a towel, and cutlery arrive. The cutlery is in a bottle of French Pommery (a standard grain mustard often used in Restaurants)!! Chantilly (╹◡╹)♡ It's Italian Cuisine, but it's French mustard ^_^ It's delicious so it doesn't matter!! First, the corn soup arrives. It's mellow and rich, and delicious. I wish there was a little more ^_^ The pasta arrives. The noodles are thin, dried, and al dente, a little hard for me! But as I eat it, the heat cooks through and it becomes a little softer. It has a typical dried noodle taste and texture, and is not chewy. Recommended for those who prefer dried noodles. The sauce contains mushrooms, onions, green peppers, and chopped vegetables, so it's not a meaty sauce, but the flavor is just right and it mixes well with the pasta, making it a good sauce. The curry flavor is moderate, with a light taste of cumin, coriander, and turmeric, and the chili spiciness is just enough to make you sweat. Italian Cuisine and Middle Eastern spices are included, but Italian Cuisine flavor is about 8:2, so Italian Cuisine flavor wins. This is a flavor that you might not have heard of, and it's quite good ^_^ It's delicious, has a nice atmosphere, and you can enjoy your meal without having to be nervous. The salad has the standard ingredients and boiled bean sprouts! It has a healthy feel. Now that I think about it, it's become worldwide, with Italian Cuisine, French, and Middle Eastern ingredients ^_^ There are no French ingredients, though. There are also pair sets! I'd like to try it with my charming girlfriend~~ Hmm! Yeah~~ I don't want to eat it with a man (lol) Thank you for your hard work~~
