その手は桑名の焼き蛤！
蛤を食べたくて やってきました。
歌行燈に着いた時間が早くて はまぐりプラザに来て その目の前にある こちら「貝増商店」に寄ってみました。
店頭には 新鮮な蛤が並べてあり 店内には 蛤 あさり しじみ 等の時雨煮が置いてあります。
せっかく桑名に来たので 蛤の時雨煮を土産に買いたく 店員さんに尋ねると桑名産の時雨蛤は店頭には無くて 奥から持って来てくれました。
筆者の買った桑名産の時雨蛤は 100ｇ2500円 と多少値が張りますが 貴重な地元の蛤なので購入しました。
帰宅して 日本酒のアテに食べてみると 蛤の味が凝縮されていて甘辛く煮てあり とても美味しい！
これオススメです ！
三重の地酒 「義左衛門」が殆ど空に…
また買いに来ます！
