京町柿安さんで頂いた佃煮のお茶漬けが美味しくて何処のものか聞いたら貝増さんだよと教えてくれました。
帰り道お店に寄ってみました。
店頭には生の蛤も多種扱われています。
店内にはズラッと佃煮が。
何にするか悩んだのでお店の方に柿安さんに卸している佃煮はどれですか？と聞いてみました。
そうしたらこちらです、と示されたのが大粒中辛な佃煮でした。
それを200g購入。
家に帰って早速頂きましたがやっぱり御飯に合うわ〜。
後から辛さがジワーっときます。
上品な辛さで好感が持てます。
これくらいならおにぎりに入れても大丈夫。
御飯にタレが浸みるとまた美味いだろうなぁ。
お茶漬けも勿論OK!
美味しいもみ海苔をたっぷりかけて山葵乗せて頂きましょう。(^_^)/
