本日桑名カントリーラウンド後、少し足を伸ばし桑名市はまぐりプラザ近くにある貝増商店さんへ自宅用に桑名の蛤を買って帰りました＼(^^)／
蛤が美味しいシーズンが始まり、様々な
料理にも桑名産や九十九里産のハマグリ
を頂くことが多くなりました、、
桑名産は伊勢湾の海水と栄養豊かな木曽
三川から流れ込む河川水が、入り混じる
恵まれた漁場が美味しさの秘密、、
実家を桑名に持つ友人がいつも利用する
地元の貝専門店である貝増商店さんを、
勧められ喜んび勇んで蛤を買い求めに伺
いました♪
輸入物はまぐりに対し桑名産はまぐりの
価格は2.5倍の価格とかなり高価(･･;)
本日買い求めたサイズはみそ汁の具材用
に小サイズ〜身はしっかり、味は甘みが
多く食べ応えあり旨い＼(^^)／
