はまぐりプラザで昼食をいただいた後、南隣にある、貝のお店に立ち寄りました。
お店では、活きた貝と加工した佃煮が売られています。
お土産と自宅用に以下を購入しました。
・甘口アサリ 100g 450円 × 2
・椎茸昆布 100g 350円
アサリは試食して決めました。
3種類の味がありますが、辛口を除いて、中辛と甘口を頂きました。
どちらも同じ様な味だと思いましたが、中辛は食べた後からじんわりと塩辛さがやってきます。
高血圧がお友達となっている今の私には甘口が合ってました(^^;;
以前は中辛どころか辛口が好きだったのに、歳を取ると共に、味の好みも変わるもんだなと我ながら感心しますww。
甘口アサリを家で頂くと、白いご飯に良くあって美味しいです。
桑名は焼き蛤だけでなく、アサリも美味しいですね。
