I heard that they are open for lunch, so I visited for the first time that day. It is conveniently located just under a 5-minute walk from Kuwana Station. It is in the same building as "Hamaguri Itteki" and "Acchicchi". Well, this time I had "Kinso-dori Tori Hitsumabushi". This was my first time to try chicken hitsumabushi. By the way, Kinso-dori is a brand of chicken from Mie Prefecture, also known as Ise chicken. Kinso-dori Tori Hitsumabushi ¥1,500 It's quite a large portion. First, I took a bite of the chicken. The fragrant aroma of charcoal grilling. The firm elasticity. The umami spread with each bite. You can tell that it is good chicken. As with regular hitsumabushi, I served it in a rice bowl. The sauce is a little strong, but it goes well with the chicken. Sprinkle pepper on top to taste. Add condiments and pour in the broth to make it like Ochazuke（boiled rice with tea）. I could eat this as many times as I wanted. It's delicious. In addition to the chicken hitsumabushi, it comes with Small dish (mackerel miso on this day?), aosa red miso soup, pickles, and coffee after the meal. For 1,500 yen, I think it's a good deal.
