というくらいある
また ドリンクもいろいろとある
ジンギスカンは 食べたかったが 比較的なじみがあるので
今回はやめて 他の単品を注文していくことにした

天巻き
肉は柔らかく癖がない うまみは少なく あっさりとしている
料理によっては もう一工夫と思えるのもあるが
多くのメニューをそろえ 待たせずに提供しているのには
いろんな裏でのいい仕事が想定される
たたきやユッケは ごまかしが効かないなか
他の肉とは違うおいしさを感じさせる
全部盛り付けとお皿もきれいでいい感じに仕上げていた
この肉 料理に合う酒は何か
お酒も独自に工夫があるが 料理に合うかは？
お酒との相乗効果があれば さらに楽しめそう
あとは たまたまか 振る舞いの幼いお客もいたので
落ち着いて食べたかったな
今度は しゃぶしゃぶを食べてみたい
