I visited with my friend and my sister. It was convenient because it was right next to the Sunfare entrance where I parked my car. I made a reservation for the same time as the store opened, so I was the first one! Even so, more and more customers came, and the place quickly filled up. There were several groups that were turned away. It's a popular store. Our target was Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate), but before that we had some appetizers. Lamb tataki, lamb Prosciutto, and lamb yukhoe. None of them have any odor. Next was the lamb chops. Even though the inside is rare, it is soft and easy to eat! While we were eating together, Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) appeared. First of all, Ude. It is said that this can also be eaten raw, just roasted. Yeah! delicious! Since it was my first time, I wanted to try a variety of parts, so I ordered an assorted platter. I asked if it was possible to make 3 slices each instead of 2 slices each, and they kindly agreed. At an additional charge, of course. I replaced the delicious special loin and the chewy tongue with an addictive texture. Perhaps because it has no fat, you can eat it endlessly. This is bad. Add a handful of sea urchin and meat to add carbohydrates. I was told that this could not be made into 3 volumes (for some reason...) so I ordered one serving at a time and enjoyed it. After that, the three of us shared the salt Ramen. I wonder if this is a change. There was something left at the bottom and a slightly salty taste. But I'm full of carbohydrates. It ended up being quite expensive at 5,500 yen per person. Even though I didn't drink, I had two glasses of juice each... I want you to make an all-you-can-eat Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) course! Apparently they have all-you-can-eat shabu shabu, so I'd like to try that next time.
