「ねのひら物語」と言う産直の野菜や卵の販売場の一角にある蕎麦屋
ご飯ものはない、ビールもない
趣味で週末だけ営業しているのかオペレーションが悪く、厨房が混乱していた
蕎麦定食大盛りを頂く、1100円
提供は遅く蕎麦の随分後に野菜天とだし巻きが出た
蕎麦は香りがなく普通
天ぷらは素人仕事
蕎麦湯は言わないと出てこない
飲食店の基本をちゃんと学ぶべきだ
