近鉄長島駅からすぐの場所に２０２０年２月にオープンした焼肉店、平日の夜に利用してみました。店内はカウンター６席とテーブル４卓、掘りごたつ２卓といった席数、１９時ころに入りましたがほかにお客さんは３組でした。
お肉はカルビや牛タン、牛ホル、ハラミなど定番のお肉をはじめ、名物という味噌豚ミックスなどの豚肉、それに鶏や海鮮なども少しあります。内臓系の種類が多いかなって印象ですね。それにクッパや石焼ビビンバなどのご飯ものにラーメンやもつ鍋などもありました。
その中からいただいたのはカルビに味噌豚ミックス、牛ホルにしいたけなど。味噌豚ミックスはコチラのお店の看板メニュー、とんちゃんやレバーなどの豚ホルモンのミックスですが３８０円というリーズナブルな価格がうれしいですね。臭みなんかも感じさせることなく味噌もすごくイイ味していて美味しいです。
そして牛ホル、大ぶりでぷりぷりの甘い脂がたっぷり、コレも味噌味にしてもらいましたがやっぱりこの味噌の味はワタクシの好みにドンピシャですね、コレは美味しいです。
しいたけも藤原産ということで３８０円という値段でしたが肉厚のしいたけが３つも出てきました、コレもおトクでした。
ホルモン系はホント美味しかったですね、人気の一品という豚サガリとかまだ食べれなかったお肉もあるので機会があれば再訪してみたいですね、ごちそうさまでした。
