It was cold so I went there on the way back from visiting Yoro Onsen Yusen no Sato with a friend. It's within walking distance from my friend's house, but since I've never been there before, I popped in without a reservation and was relieved to be able to get in right away! The store is located right after getting off at Kintetsu Nagashima Station. I was guided to a counter seat where two people could sit. It's okay to Yakiniku (Grilled meat) by yourself, so that's good! ! This is Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant that specializes in hormones, so order mainly from hormones. First, I quenched my throat with a big draft beer (^^) I was hoping for a 1 liter mug, but it wasn't that big, unfortunately. First of all, I ordered 1 x Cow tongue, 2 x chicken parsley, 1 x fresh senmai, 1 x beef sagari (diaphragm), 2 x Shiitake mushrooms from Fujiwara, and 2 x miso pork hormone mix. Geta ribs were sold out. Grill with a hybrid Yakiniku (Grilled meat) roaster that can be used with binchotan charcoal and gas fire. Cow tongue was a frozen slice, but it was fine, and the chicken seseri was salty and the neck meat moved well, so it was chewy and chewy, making it delicious. The raw senmai tastes more like Japanese vinegared miso than vinegared gochujang, and is slightly sweeter.I would have preferred a slightly more tangy vinegared gochujang. Shiitake mushrooms are thick and juicy. If you overcook them, they will lose their juiciness, so just grill them quickly and add a little soy sauce to make delicious shiitake mushrooms. Beef sagari is the meat of the diaphragm, and is classified as organ meat, but it is softer than short ribs and doesn't have as much fat as short ribs, so it doesn't have a soft texture. Miso Pork Hormone Mix is a miso sauce with a mix of hormones such as intestines and liver. It is said to be the most popular because it is well seasoned and not as spicy as it looks, so it is cheap. I additionally ordered beef offal x1, pork belly ponzu sauce, Chinese cabbage kimchi, and jangja My friend and I don't like offal with the fat removed, so we ordered beef offal with fat. It has a sweet taste, almost no greasy taste, is juicy and has no taste, and has just the right amount of sauce so it doesn't interfere with the deliciousness of the meat. I wonder if I can eat a little more of this? Quickly grill the pork belly with ponzu sauce to enjoy the richness of the pork belly, which is delicious and refreshing. It tastes like grilled shabu. Kimchi and jangja are classic sake accompaniments. There is a counter that you can easily go to by yourself, so I plan to go there again. It's not a special high-quality meat, but I recommend it! ! When I was working in Tsu (Hisai) a long time ago, I used to go to a Matsusaka beef Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant with my co-workers, and after eating so much, I was tired and traumatized, so I don't particularly like marbled meat.
