普段は蛤漁師の店主さんが不定期でビリヤニを販売してます。

を購入。
マトンビリヤニが1番好みだったなあ。マトンの香りは感じるけど、獣加減は無し。お肉もほろほろでした。
ビリヤニの種類によって具材だけが異なるのかなと思いきや、味付けもそれぞれ違っていて、嬉しいな。
ベトナム人農家さんのパクチー、とても繊細で美味しかった。
