わらび餅といえばスーパーで100円ぐらいで売っているのが子どもの頃は当たり前だと思っていましたが、あれはニセモノなんですよね^^;
本わらび餅は柔らかくて、ニセモノよりモチモチし過ぎていない感じがします。
でも、お高い…
お高いケーキとお値段変わりません。
やっぱり庶民はニセモノでいいかも(u_u)
