桑名市にある 約1900年前から続く春日神社様の 境内に併設している「THE KASUGA」さんへ行って来ました
ずーっと行ってみたかったお店です
Instagramで見たパフェに 一目惚れして 行って来ました❤️
季節のフルーツパフェは 提供のフルーツによって お値段は違いますが 今回のよつぼしいちご＆紅ほっぺのパフェは980円で食べれちゃう
これだけのクオリティで980円だなんて 信じられない
よつぼし苺は、TWINS FARM さんのいちごだそうです

初めて 耳にした品種のいちごで 「甘味」「酸味」「風味」「美味」の四つっが揃って最高級においしいと4機関が共同で開発した期待の品種という意味も含まれ よつぼし苺と命名したそうです。
名前の通り よつぼしいちごは 最高級に美味しかった
飾り切りの方がよつぼしいちごで 縦半分にカットされている方が紅ほっぺです
紅ほっぺは少し酸味があって どちらも三重県産のいちごで たべく比べ出来るなんて なんて贅沢なパフェなんでしょう❤️
パフェに使われている アイス、生クリーム、パイ、スポンジ、パンナコッタ全てが美味しすぎです
私達の案内された後ろのテーブルにタルトが沢山並べてあり 美味しそうで ジロジロ見てたら シェフのお心遣いで苺タルトをサービスで頂きました❤️こちらのタルトは9アフタヌーンティーに提供されてる一品だそうです。めちゃくちゃ美味しかった

。
