JR東海の関西本線、近鉄の名古屋本線、養老鉄道の養老線の桑名駅から徒歩13分の春日桑名宗社（春日神社）内にあるレストラン。
2024年1月27日（土）、28日（日）の11：30～13：00（11：00受付）、14：00～15：30（13：30受付）までの間、デザートビュッフェを開催しており、90分制で4,000円（税込）、小学生以上2,000円（税込）、3歳以上1,000円（税込）、3歳未満無料。
事前会計を済ませ、時間が近づくと席へと案内となります。
ウェルカムドリンクとして、苺のスカッシュの提供が最初にありました。
最初のウェルカムドリンクを始め、苺を使った品は多めでしたが、苺自体も大粒で存在感はありました。
品種はよつぼしとの事で、しっかりした甘さと適度な酸味が感じられました。
タルトは厚めのクレーム・ダマンドが印象的で、そこにカスタードクリーム、フルーツという構成。
最初は苺のタルトのみでしたが、途中でオレンジのタルトも登場。
ムースフレーズは、ふわっとした口どけも柔らかないちごのムースフレーズ。
パウンドケーキは、かぶせ茶とレモンの2種類で、素材の風味はしっかり。
チーズケーキは、ブルーチーズを使ったベイクドチーズケーキで、ブルーチーズの癖は適度に感じられるバランス。
ティラミスは、マスカルポーネと苺を組み合わせた苺ティラミスとなっていました。
フレンチトーストは、焼きたてがテーブルサービスでの提供。
たっぷりとしみ込んだアパレイユでトロトロの仕上がりで、生クリームとメープルシロップとのシンプルな組み合わせが引き立ちます。
終盤にお代りは如何ですかと伺いがあったので、お代りまでしてしまいました。
スイーツビュッフェでフレンチトーストをお代りしたのは初めてかもしれません。
卵はきららのさとの卵を使っているとの事でした。
他にテーブルサービスでミルクと苺の提供もあったと後から知りましたが、お手洗いに外したタイミングだったのか、食べ損ねてしまっていますし、テーブルサービスについては各テーブルに確実に提供出来るように配慮はしていただきたいです。
軽食もデザートビュッフェの口直しの塩気としては十分な内容。
キッシュは、ジャガイモとベーコンでした。
全体のラインナップとしては、比較的オーソドックスな内容ですが、初開催としての掴みはまずまずと思います。
既に2月もチョコとフルーツをテーマに第2回の開催も決定していますし、テーマを変えて定期的に開催するのであれば、再訪を検討してもいいかなとは思いましたしね。
