念願の手こね寿司

伊勢のおかげ横丁に伺うのは3度目でしたが、毎回行列ができており、諦めていたすし久さん。
本日は並ぶことも覚悟し、待つこと30分程度で入店することができました。
もちろん、頼んだのは手こね寿司です。
食べ歩きなどもしたかったため手こね寿司(梅)を注文しました。
切り身は1枚1枚が厚く、とても食べ応えがありました。ご飯は鮨酢に紫蘇が混ぜられており、風味を感じつつ、甘みもあり、刺身にとても合っていました。
昔からのお食事何処という雰囲気もあり、良かったです。
