伊勢志摩の郷土料理が味わえる
おはらい町通りの中ほどにある、ひときわ大きな古いたたずまいの店が「すし久」です。 窓の外には清流五十鈴川が広がっており、春には桜、秋には紅葉が見られ季節の移ろいを感じていただけます。 旅籠の風情を残した純日本風のたたずまいの中で召し上がっていただく料理は、伊勢志摩の田舎料理です。 その中でも最も人気が高い料理は「てこね寿し」です。 「てこね寿し」とは、昔鰹漁に出たこの地方の漁師さんたちが、釣った鰹 |
赤福本店などがある、伊勢神宮近くの「おかげ横丁」にて、ランチでてこね寿司など名物をいただきました。
専門店でいただくてこね寿司は思っていた以上のクオリティと美味しさだったし、松阪牛を含む豪華な伊勢路膳にも舌鼓を打ち大満足でした！
このあたりのお店はどこもそうですが、古民家風の雰囲気満点の店内で、2階の座敷席に通されました。
席数は123席もありますが、ゴールデンウィーク真っ只中ということもあり13時前だと満席。
ただ、5分も待たずに案内されました。
回転は速そうでした。

てこね寿司は、ホテルのブッフェや旅館の一口料理でもいただきましたが、やっぱり専門店は全然違いますね。
特に鰹の厚みやカットの大きさが段違い。
口いっぱいに頬張ったときの満足感がまるで違います。
基本形である赤酢のシャリや刻んだ大葉を混ぜているのはどこも同じだと思いますが、シャリの感じもやっぱりこちらのお店は特に美味しいと感じました。
結構もっちりねっとりしてるのも印象的。
伊勢路膳はメインに松阪牛の酒蒸し鍋とミニてこね寿しを据えつつ、各種天ぷらや大きなさざえなどよりどりみどりで豪華なランチとなりました！
