当店の三河産鰻の焼加減がふわふわ、カリカリ！松阪牛は最高牛のＡ５ランクを使用！
■三河産の鰻を使用。 生きた鰻をそのまま焼いたものでフワフワ、カリカリ感が出ている。 ほんのり甘いタレは人気です。 鰻の相場により値段はそれにあわせて変わる。 ■肉はすべて松阪牛のＡ５ランクのものを使用している。 松阪牛は柔らかく甘い味です。 グラム数により細かく設定してあるのでお手ごろな値段である。 ■店内は座敷、テーブル席、個室、宴会場と１０２席ほどある。 |
こちらのお店には、ペット同伴可の別室があります。
犬同伴可店を探してて見つけたお店なのですが、
伊勢はうなぎも有名なんだそうです。
なかなかのお値段なので旅行用特別会計でなければ手が出ませんが、、伊勢定食を注文。
味は王道。ぱりっとした水分コントロールの効いた気持ちのいいうなぎ。
肉と同じく、最近うなぎもとろとろ脂々したのが多いような。
あれって食べた感はでるけどもたれるんですよね。
うざく、はじめて食べたけど美味しい。
最初、酢の物なんかにのっけたらうなぎがふやけちゃうのでは？と思いましたが、
これが案外大丈夫で、非常にすっきりした味わいです。
少し思ったのが、、
食べてみて、見た目から想像したより素材もいいし美味しいなと。
見せ方で損しててもったいないかなーなんて。
映えばっかりで中身すかすかの今どきのお店もイヤですけど、、
美味しかったので、、もったいなって。。
