そう思ってから、美味しいもん探しの中で
見つけた豚捨さんのハンバーグ。

と思って、外宮参り前の11時10分頃訪問。
店内、既にほぼ満席状態でした...

肉は厚みがあって弾力的でかみごたえあるが、硬くはない。
肉自体の味も美味しいけど、タレが特に美味しい。
ウスターベースで野菜の甘みやコク、ニンニクの風味がしてご飯10杯は食べれそう。...
お店は便利な場所にあるのでランチに寄りました。
食事の時間帯ですがあまり人がいませんでした。
