伊勢一人旅②伊勢市駅に着いてまず向かったのは駅前の大好きな吉風さんへ。
三重県でも上位に入る名店。
前回は人気の鶏豚骨ラーメンも絶品で感動して、今回はラオタさん達の評判のよい醤油ラーメン を。
寡黙な店主が丁寧に作り上げる様を眺めながらゆっくり待つと美しい一杯が目の前に。
香りからもう期待しかない。
熱々スープはコク、キレ、醤油の深みのウェーブ。
麺は舌にしっとりと吸い付いてくる感もたまらない。
チャーシューも完璧。メンマも。ネギは少なめでアクセント程度で良い香りを邪魔しない。
醤油ラーメン のレベルも高すぎた。
伊勢に来たら絶対に伺いたいお店である。
行く前にブログで休業かチェックしたほうが良いです。
