「伊勢外宮参道 伊勢神泉」の1F に日本料理「伊せ吟」が旅館開業と同時オープン |
お伊勢参りの際に宿泊したお宿は神泉。
そこのお夕飯をこちらで頂きました。
一つ一つ綺麗に盛られた前菜に始まり、
お椀
お造り
焼物
煮物
食事
水物
甘味
と、ちょうど良いタイミングで提供される日常の献立にはあり得ない日本料理でした。
目で楽しめます。
どれもこれも綺麗ですから、感動です。
食事の添え物の香の物4切れでさえ、美味い。
ゆっくりアルコールなども頂きながらなので、
焼物くらいで満腹に近い。。。
しかし、美味しいものは大丈夫なものです。
松茸石焼御飯も2膳づつ完食。
デザートも無理なく美味しく頂けました。
今回は神無月の献立でした。
別の時期にまた伺うつもりでおります。
