平日のランチ
伊勢での午前中の仕事が終了で昼ご飯です
目当ての店がお休みでしたので周辺でリカバリーです
折角の伊勢ですから名物の伊勢うどんを頂く事に
色々と伊勢うどんの看板やノボリが有りますが良さげな此方へ突入です
立派な和食屋さんですね生簀には伊勢海老が沢山！
12時半の訪問でお客さんは疎らですね
3人でしたので立派な掘り炬燵の座敷席の個室に案内されました
伊勢海老や松坂牛といった豪勢なメニューも有りましたが目的は伊勢うどん！
伊勢うどんが付いているお得なランチが2種あり
てこね寿司か松坂牛の時雨煮の巻き物の選択(各1200円)
松坂牛にも惹かれましたが
てこね寿司セットを注文です
待つ事7.8分で到着です
先ずは伊勢うどんから
太めのうどんの下に真っ黒のタレがありよく混ぜてから頂くとの事
うどんはコシが無くフワッとしてます
表面は滑らかでスルッと入ります
タレは見た目と違い甘みのある醤油ベースのタレで旨味あるね
嫌いじゃないな〜
てこね寿司は鮪の漬けがメインでイクラと玉子焼がのってます
漬け鮪は適度に身が締まりねっとりとした舌触り
醤油ダレが染みた常温の酢飯と良く合います
伊勢志摩名物が2つも頂けたのは良かったですね
両方共特徴がありますね〜
特に伊勢うどんが面白い
こんなにコシの無いうどんは初めて！
まぁ折角伊勢に来たら食べないとね
ご馳走様でした
