牡蠣祭りの帰り｡
へんばや宮川店さんに立ち寄りましたが､お向かいにあるこちらの若松屋さんがなんか気になりましたから初訪です｡
こちらはかまぼこ屋さんですね〜♫
店内にはかまぼこ関連商品が並びます｡
そんな中､気になったのが揚げ飛竜頭｡
◼️ 揚げひりょうず 350円(税込)
かまぼこの材料である魚のすり身に豆腐を混ぜたという､まさにかまぼこ屋さんの飛竜頭｡
中の具材も賑やかです(^^)
うずらの卵を真ん中に､ごぼう､キクラゲ､人参､枝豆､しいたけ､たけのこなどなど｡
ひじき､わかめの海のものも入ってますね｡
帰宅後､レンチン｡
ポン酢でいただきました｡
かまぼこ由来の肉厚で歯ごたえのある飛竜頭｡
賑やかな具材の味わいも楽しく､おいしくいただきました(^^)
