伊勢市内にて・・・
2018.08.02 伊勢市内に新しい居酒屋と言うか和食店が出来た。
その名は「豚専食堂 みかづき」。
お店の場所は神久の「ホテルキャッスルイン伊勢」の1F。
此処には開きエビフライで有名な「漣」が有るが、食事処としてはそこだけで選択の余地がなかった。
おまけにこの場所では周りにも夜間食事に出かける所はなく、良いところに目を付けたと思う。
一応事前に電話で予約をしてお店に到着。Open時刻の17：30に中に入ったら目出度く一番乗り(^^♪
そのまま奥側のカウンター席に案内されて着席、メニューを拝見！！
見てみると、店名通り豚肉が得意のようで豚肉料理が沢山並んでいる。
その中から選んだのは「四元豚生姜焼き定食＠850」。
待っている間に店内を観察。元々は居酒屋さんが入っていたような造り。それなりに年季が入った感じがした。
待つこと10数分、出されたのが写真の物。
「四元豚生姜焼き定食」・・・生姜焼きとカットキャベツの盛り合わせ。一緒に豚汁、ご飯と香の物。
生姜焼きは濃厚な味付け。好みの甘辛ではあるが少し強い味。
豚汁は少し煮詰めた感じ。味噌が溶け切っていなかったのはご愛敬(*_*;
ご飯は所謂どんぶり飯。良いお米を使っている。若い方でも足りないと言う事は無いだろう。
又、ラーメンも気になったので、次回機会が有れば食べてみたいと思う。
