伊勢市で鳥羽浦村産の牡蠣を丁寧に調理して出してもらえるお店に出会いました。お値段少し張りますが、それを超える満足度！是非A定食、お薦めです。
【牡蠣フライ】
→サクっと揚がったフライ、手作りのあっさりタルタル、ウスターソース、どちらでも美味！
【生牡蠣】
→レモンをかけて一気に一口で。海のミルクを体感出来ます。
【牡蠣ごはん】
→炊き込みご飯の上に乗った煮牡蠣、今日はこれが1番美味しかったです！
【牡蠣の味噌汁】
→潮の香りがいい赤だし。ワカメも肉厚で美味しかったです。
【小鉢】
→丁寧な手作り小鉢。昆布炊きがこれまたご飯が進むヤツです。
牡蠣は全部で8ケ、4種の調理方法で堪能させてもらいました。地元漁港なので鮮度も抜群！ごちそうさまでした♪
