伊勢市黒瀬町、県道から少し入り込んだところ。
住宅街の中におしゃれな外観。
野球選手だったオーナーさんの背番号が店名になっています。
ロース、ヒレ、モモ、リブロースなど一志スペシャルポークが堪能できます。
リブロース御膳(2,500円)をお願いしました。
一番ボリュームがあるというだけあって大きく分厚いです。
少し赤みを残した状態で提供してくれます。
柔らかいお肉と程良い脂身。
お勧めはわさび醤油、かなりレベルが高いです。
岩塩もあっさりといただけて美味。
9/8より値上げになりましたが。
1,300円からいただけるのでまだまだお値打ちだと思います。
