お伊勢参りのガイドブックで見つけたこちら、松坂牛が堪能できるとのこと、楽しみにしてました。年末ということもあり、11時半からの指定でしたが、その価値ありの名店でした。
お料理は予約時に人気の松坂牛の網焼き、シャトーブリアンをお願い済み。網焼きに、サラダ、牡蠣のオイル漬け、タタキ、味噌汁、ご飯、香の物、更にフルーツが付きます。
タタキがとても新鮮で美味い！牡蠣もなかなか。そして待望のお肉、先ず量にびっくりだ！こちらのお肉を店の方が焼いてくれます。先ずはタレ焼き。秘伝のタレにくぐらせたお肉を網焼きしてくれます。トロけるような柔らかさ、そしてさっぱりとくどさが無い脂。年取るといい肉は抵抗あるが、こちらは全然だ。タレも甘くなく、からくなく、肉にピッタリ！少しおろしを足すとまた美味。そして二枚目はシンプルに塩で、これまた堪らない！そして三枚目はお好きな方で、やはりタレ焼きでしょう。大満足、また必ず来たいお店になりました！
