2022年7月某日
10時のおやつで伺う。
この日は鳥羽国際ホテル内レストランのランチを予約していた。
でも早朝から天岩戸や猿田彦神社を歩き回って疲れたので、早めに同ホテルへ行ってカフェで休憩する事にした。
いちばん海を眺められる席に着いたつもりだけど、僕の撮影技術では景観の良さを1/10も表現できなかったw
今回は下記を注文。
◯チーズケーキ
◯レモンスカッシュ
２時間後にランチなので飲み物だけにするつもりが、チーズケーキが名物みたいなのでいただいてみた。
半世紀以上製法を変えずに作り続けているそれは、見た目は普通のベイクドチーズケーキ。
味は堅実な美味しさ。奇をてらわずひたすら基礎を磨き続けたような安定感を感じた。
まさかこの後ランチのデザートで出てくるとは思わなかったですがw
レモンスカッシュは(たぶん)バタフライピー入りのシロップを入れて色鮮やかな紫色に。
混ぜると濁るだけになりそうなので、ビルドで止めた。
この日は曇りだったので、晴れた日や夜の景色を背景にするとかなり目に楽しい１杯になりそう。
