本日G7サミットの会場ともなった志摩観光ホテルベイスイートに宿泊させて頂き、クラシックにあるラ メールに訪問させて頂きました。
店内に入るとG7サミットの食事会場となったテーブルと国旗が目に入ります。ラメールクラシックという店名なだけありクラシックな空間が広がります。
優雅なる晩餐36784円のコース。

ニンジンのムースの優しい味わいがニンジンのおいしさを直に感じ素晴らしい。

贅沢すぎます!とても柔らかく下ごしらえされていてそのまま鮑ですがこだわりを感じます。

んーアメリカンソースにチーズが入ってて好みが分かれると思いますがぼくはチーズ入れずにもう少しさっぱりしたアメリカンソースにして欲しかったかな、、

黒トリュフを使ったソースとの相性がいい、柔らかい。
ココナッツのパンナコッタ メロンのソルベ添え コーヒー
メロンのシャーベットが美味しい。食事終わりにサッパリと締めれてデザートとしてベストではないでしょうか。
全体的にクラシックなフレンチといった印象です。お店の雰囲気と非常に合って店員さんもとても丁寧に接客してくださり良いお店でした。
