志摩市にあるケーキ屋さんです、コチラのお菓子をいただきました。
そのいただいたお菓子はミニリアスバウムクーヘン、英虞湾の荒々しい岩肌と険しい岩壁をイメージしたバウムクーヘンということで、表面はゴツゴツとして硬く、内面は温かい志摩人の心のように焼き上げたということです。
ただ表面はそこまでハードではなくサクッとした食感、中はバウムクーヘンにしてはしっとり感は弱めって印象でしたがほどよい甘さで悪くなかったです。
