三重は賢島にあるホテル、賢島宝生苑さんです。
6年ぶりくらいの宿泊でしょうか、賢島で泊まるときは大体宝生苑さんです。
前回は部屋食でしたが今回はレストラン利用。
椅子に座って食べられるので自分はこちらの方が好きです。
お料理多数ですが、やはり伊勢エビと貝焼きは絶品です。
特にアッパ貝(ヒオウギ貝)は伊勢ならではですね。見た目は小型のホタテ貝ですが味は別もの。
肉厚でうま味が強いです。焼く調理法が最強と思います。
地の日本酒「宮の雪」はどういうわけか磯の香りがします。
日本酒までもが海的です。
後半、蒸し鮑玉〆も鮑がやわらか～～く蒸されていてウマし！
やはり伊勢は貝だ！！
造りでいただいた伊勢エビの殻がご飯物の時に具足煮で登場。
無駄なくいただけました。
