大江戸温泉物語系列といえば、朝晩のバイキングが有名。
コロナ下ですが、使い捨ての手袋を配布したり、マスク着用を義務付けたり、、色々企業努力されてバイキングを提供されてました。
このご時世ですが、やっぱりバイキングって選ぶ楽しみがあるし好きなものを好きなだけ食べれるって魅力的なので、創意工夫してバイキングを提供してくれてはるのは嬉しい。
個人的に美味しかったのは、揚げたての海老天ぷら。
冷凍で無い天ぷらをお願いしたらその場で揚げたてを提供してくださいます。
あとは１口サイズのステーキ（外国産ですが、、まあリーズナブルなホテルなので。。。）とお出しがしっかり効いた汁物ですね。
個人的に美味しくなかったのはデザート類全般。
チョコケーキとか全然チョコ味しないように感じましたし、スポンジは固く、ソフトクリームからはミルク感は感じられませんでした。(あくまで個人的な感想です)
朝ごはんも種類が多く和洋豊富にそろってるのが嬉しい！お刺身が少し凍ってたのが残念。。。
種類も豊富ですし、この時期にバイキングを頑張って提供してはる姿勢には感謝ですね～
