この宿を運営しているのは東京を中心に高級レストランを展開している「ひらまつ」だ。名古屋でも2つの高級レストランを運営している。その「ひらまつ」がレストラン事業からホテル事業に業態を変化させているのだが...
前回の思い出を元にもう一度訪れました。
どれも美味しいのですが、1回目と同じような感動は得られなかったので3.5にしました。
伊勢エビ、アワビなど土地の素材を活かしたフレンチ。かなり美味しい。グラスワインも良いものを開けてくれるし、サービスも雰囲気もよい
